Changes are coming!

Coming are changes!

What do you want!

Here it's don't !

Changes! Waiting for changes?

Yes! And no replacements!

Need a break between classes!

And it's better to just cancel lessons!

A fragment of a casual exchange of opinions between four scientists, - three in Russia, the fourth, Worker, - not in Russia.

Andrey

The problem is that a sovereign industrialized power was dismembered, robbed, and for 40 years they have been trying to build the resulting fragments into the capitalist system of the global division of labor in the position of an African-type raw material colony.

And the raw material colonies of Africa do not need fundamental science, they sell raw materials and buy everything else. That's just one "squiggle you understand", the global system of capitalism is disintegrating under the weight of bad debts.

The time has come to divide not money, money is nonsense, but control over pieces of the planet, as in previous world wars. And under these conditions, it is no longer enough for the West to quietly and peacefully suck out capital and goods from the colonies in exchange for debt paper. The West needs the direct enslavement of the rest of the planet and the refusal to pay their debts, they need to take everything for free.

Given our nuclear potential, they only need one thing from us - that we, Russians, are gone. And this means the inevitability of a war to destroy Russia and the Russian people as a guarantor of the sovereignty and statehood of Russia.

In such conditions, it is necessary to abandon the illusions of "new thinking", "Europe from Lisbon to Vladivostok", "Partnership for Peace", "Universal Values", "We will sell oil - we will buy everything else" and other "Detente", as completely discredited and injured fiasco concepts.

Instead, it is necessary to prepare the country for victory in the war for the existence of Russia and the Russian people. And for this, the country will have to be restored, cleansed of traitors, foreign agents, pests, compradors and their accomplices, to restore responsibility, law and order, industry, healthcare, education, science, and the social sphere. Including fundamental science to start developing, invest in it and strictly control what result the Motherland will receive.

Accordingly, for Chubais nano-tablets, Livanov maps of Russian science, Kazan 600 articles in scopus and Skolkovo roads, criminal liability should come on an especially large scale by a group of persons by prior agreement using their official position, and even in wartime conditions, this is at best the highest measure social protection - the death penalty.

This is the challenge facing the country and the problems to be solved, the problem is not in the Lexus, but in restoring order after 40 years of turmoil.

Denny

In reply to: Andrey

And who will do all this? Do you see forces in the country that are capable of this?

Andrey

In reply to: Denny

Yes, there are such forces, but they are still latent, unmanifested.

For example, in the legal political field there is the All-Russian Officers' Assembly, the Club of Angry Patriots, the Party of Cause, the Russian People's Union, the Izborsk Club ... There are also many banned political forces in the illegal position, the same "People's militia named after Minin and Pozharsky" or "Wagner" for example.

This is about organizational structures, and if we talk about the fulfillment of the assigned tasks, now hundreds of thousands of armed men in the country are gaining real combat experience, and judging by the course of hostilities, mobilization was not the last.

And in the near future, millions of motivated fighters will return from the front, and to everyone that a Nazi should be slapped, that a traitor should be put up against the wall, that a corrupt official should be "bashed" - a couple of trifles and with a feeling of deep satisfaction. With such forces, it is easier to restore order in the country after 40 years of unrest.

I liked your text.

It seems to have significant predictive capabilities hidden in it, useful for playing out options for the future of Russia.

Please try to continue with your script.

If there are difficulties, look into the history of Russia, starting, say, 5 years before the revolution of 1917 and up to today, because it is very similar to your dreams of the future.

Andrey

In reply to: Vladimir Aksayskiy

Correction, - useful not for losing, but for winning the future of Russia.

The continuation is also a simple matter, - either an authoritarian dictatorship and putting things in order, or paralysis of an incapable system and a civil war, and then an authoritarian dictatorship and putting things in order.

The first option is of course preferable. More people died in the last civil war than in the first world war. And now, taking into account nuclear weapons, the last civil war may seem like a cute "wedding in Malinovka", compared to what may come as a result of the inability of the state authorities to solve the pressing problems of the people during the war.

Vladimir Aksayskiy

In reply to: Andrey

Well, your continuation is straight according to Ecclesiastes - ... nothing new under the Moon or the Sun ... and everything is back to normal ...

It is curious - why are you sure in advance of the "inability of the state power to solve the pressing problems of the people during the war"?

And one more thing - please list the "urgent problems of the people during the war" - in order to know what to prepare for if it starts - after all, as the people say - "hope on dictator, but don't make a mistake yourself."

Andrey

In reply to: Vladimir Aksayskiy

If I had been sure in advance, I would have written about one scenario. So far, there are two options - a dictatorship instead of a civil war and a dictatorship following the results of a civil war. There are so many problems that the enumeration can be long and non-systematic. And definitely offtopic.

Vladimir Aksayskiy

In reply to: Andrey

Well, no, and there is no trial, - which is a pity ...

Your list of pressing problems could be of interest to both the state authorities and the dictator, and indeed to all inquisitive Russians.

Andrey

In reply to: Vladimir Aksayskiy

Okay, so be it, but I warned you.

Stability of the ruble exchange rate, trading in rubles, investments in rubles at 1-2% per annum.

Protection of the country's domestic market with customs tariffs and excises.

Stopping the export of capital. State monopoly on foreign exchange transactions. Nationalization of strategic sectors of the national economy. Cancellation of the tax maneuver. Abolition of VAT and introduction of sales tax. Cancellation of the regressive system of income tax and payroll charges, introduction of a progressive system.

The liquidation of the pension fund and the restoration of a unified state pension system from the state budget for both civil servants and military personnel and for all citizens in general.

Canceling the pillow and restoring the Unified Tariff Schedule.

In general, a shift in the tax burden from taxes on labor to taxes on property.

Cancellation of the insurance principle in medicine and the restoration of unconditional free healthcare according to Semashko, with direct funding from the state budget, bypassing insurance companies.

Cancellation of Bolognese and groceries in education, restoration of specialty. Restoration of full-fledged ambulance teams with doctors, nurses and orderlies, and not with one paramedic, as after "optimization".

Restore the state system of forestry, forest management and protection of forests, restore forestries and forest fire-chemical stations.

Restore the Border Troops.

Restore the Academy of Sciences with all institutes, libraries, observatories and everything necessary for scientific research. Restore a full line of grants, as it was in the RFBR and RHF.

Restore the construction of floating bases of the Vsevolod Sibirtsev type and aircraft of the Il-96 and Tu-214 types. To restore the tractor factories of Vladimir, Onega, Altai, Stalingrad, Chelyabinsk, wheel tractors in Kurgan, tank factories in Omsk.

Restore secondary vocational education at the federal level, not at the local level. To restore the career guidance of schoolchildren in the Criminal Procedure Code, LTO and school brigades.

Restore SMERSH with appropriate powers.

Restore Article 69 in the Criminal Code: "An action or inaction aimed at undermining industry, transport, agriculture, the monetary system, trade or other sectors of the national economy, as well as the activities of state bodies or public organizations in order to weaken the state, if this act is committed by using state or public enterprises, institutions, organizations, or by opposing their normal work, is punishable by imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years with confiscation of property." for a long time you can list the urgent needs of the people ...

Vladimir Aksayskiy

In reply to: Andrey

Thank you, I liked the list even in a shortened, unsystematized version.

I note that he can help any candidate for dictatorship and his sponsors to realize the greatness and gravity of the pressing problems of the people that they will have to solve during the war.

Worker

In reply to: Andrey

Order must be in the minds, and no weapon can help this. An unlearned history lesson. And people like you always prefer simple solutions: shoot, steal, spoil.

All the so-called achievements of the USSR, in fact, are not such, because labor was not alienated voluntarily. All these astronauts and bombs are stolen.

And what is the point of the West "enslaving" those who cannot even feed themselves? What to take from you, unfortunate? Crapped holey underwear?

Vladimir Aksayskiy

In reply to: Worker

You should be the president of the United States, - at least for one term.

And so, the Russians are inoffensive, - even if you call them pots, just dont put them in the oven. ))

Worker

In reply to: Vladimir Aksaisky

You climb into the oven without pots. Yourself.

Orthodox lemmings.
