What is the situation in the field of rocket technology design now?? The era of the 125 rocket men who were sent to America under escort 75 years ago was ended due to natural reasons. Russia has degraded to such level that there is nothing left to steal from it - there are no creative ideas or competent people there. Scientists from developing countries are sought after at home and quite successfully find well-paid and interesting jobs there. The level of education and mentality in the United States produces people who are not interested in anything other than alcohol, drugs and computer games.
