Like pollen in amber tar.
But the real life
(Mode, anxiety and fear)
Not a fife
to play by ear
for song-birds. And
You sink in it, as in the sand.
Forgetting what′s what,
Comes the time at daybreak
be sinking with the head
Into everyday darkness.
