SAGA ABOUT THREE VIKINGS.
1.
Setting:
Iceland, it`s the second half of the XI century, It`s lateevening at the Farm of Thorgheigher. Two sons of the owener
Sigurd and Helgy are playing " The Fox and Geese" games. There`t anybody (but them) in the house.
All adult inhabitants of the farm are away on a visit.
Suddenly the boys hear some noise from the shed and they go towhat is it. When they arrive they can see that all the cattlekilled and the favourite stallion of the father has disappeared.
The footprints helped the boys to get to the Stone Valley, aplace with bad history. A Trolls attacked Sigurd and Helgy.he (the Troll) who stole the stallion and ruined the shed. Toaid of the boys comes the local inhabitant - Eric the Loner.
All three they kill the troll, but the old man receives awound. The storm begins again.

Being rescueed from bad weather, the boy put the old man on the, and all three head for Eric`s house.
... At the centre of a small room the fire is burning. Oim lightshining, it covers the old man, who is laying in the middle ofroom; two boys are sitting nearby on a small bench.
Sigurd and Helgy are listening to the story of the Loner aboutlife.

Eric was born on an Island of the Salmons in 1000, when Leif the, Eric`s the Red son found Grape Country, and Christianityaccepted there.
Eric father was called Herd, and he was the fisherman.

At first Asmund refuse to help Skeggy, because Koll has threeand Helmet - only one. However Eric thinks out and inventway how to bring Koll to the seizure. And it happen so.
A grateful Skeggy awards the people of Asmund generously, andreceives his own nickname - Artful.

In the meantime one of the Finboggy`s relatives tries to get hisof the treasure through a court. But he fails.
Then he employs the witch Gunnhild for help. Shortly, there manybefall on Haldar. Thord and Hardar`s son Olaf are sent towitch. They are attacked by wearwolves. Olaf kills one of, and another one bites him, so that Haldar`s son, cannot gofurther. Thord comes to Gunnhild, Kills her and another son.

In their last battle Asmund the Helmet and his people are sentFinnland. The Finns with the hep of magic create a storm, andof Helmet det destroyed in the sea.
Eric`s ship barely gets to the coast of Sweden having beenbadly. Only Eric survived.
In Upsala he meets Thord and Olaf. All three they enter thetroops of Jakund the Blind. This troop goes to Kiew Rusfight on the part of Kiew`s king Yaroslav and his men against`s brother Mstislave the Brave.
Armies of the brothers meet near the Lisven - town.
Varangians defeat advancing group of the Brav`s armies. Buthas victory.
Thord and Olaf perish in the fight. Eric burries them in the.

The old man finish the story. Soon he died. A blizzard passed. Then comes morning. The boys put the sword into hand ofdead man, they also set fire to the house. They get out fromStone Valley and look back. From a far they see black smokeupwards.
