On November 29, 2021, I went to the branch of the SberBank and transferred 159 rubles to the garbage collection company (regular monthly payment).
Where did I get a bank details to make the payment, and data on the amount of the monthly payment?
Now partnerships and similar structures have been created everywhere, and responsible people provide details and the data on the amount of payment - either in person or by posting information in public places.
Wasn't I too naive, accepting the information received as truth? Maybe I was obligated to (I had the obligation to) spend day after day for a checking and for a rechecking the information received?
I don"t think I was that naive.
I have in my hands a check (issued by the bank to confirm the payment), which contains the address (out of (for) (from) which the payment is made) and the purpose of the payment.
Thus, the garbage collection company regularly receives money and sees in the purpose of payment who paid for what.
And now, half an hour ago, today, December 13, 2021, I receive receipts.
I didn't spend days after days to checking, but at first glance, these receipts are issued by the very organization to which I regularly pay money.
What do I see?
It turns out that payments (actually made) are not fixed, but the debt is indicated - more than two thousand rubles.
The most interesting thing is that the amount of the monthly payment (according to the receipt) is about forty rubles less than I pay accurately every month.
Considering that payments have been made for many months (may be, years), then a noticeable overpayment has accumulated at the address for which (out of which) I pay.
With this overpayment, - the debt is fixed.
I must to mention, the receipt contains a personal account (010747973), which I did not indicate when making monthly payments. But no one informed me about the existence of this personal account (010747973). I have no fundamental objections to the personal account (010747973) - in any case, the money is paid monthly.
And who prevents the organization (the recipient of the money) from placing the actually credited amounts under this personal account (010747973) - if it has already been opened (istablished).
Not only did I not receive the promised letter from the the Office of the Federal Tax Service for the Rostov Oblast (besides the worries about restoring the tax base, should I also take care of the letter?) - this is despite the fact that I am paying taxes carefully, but also when I overpay for the removing of the household waste, I received a receipt, which indicated a debt of two thousand rubles.
And where is the guarantee that the payment towards the personal account (010747973) will be correct action? Even now I am paying to not Filkin Filkinovich - but there"s no result, no sense. Suppose I pay to the personal account (010747973) - so what? Is there a guarantee that someone will not say (after executing a needed payment) that there is a debt?
Probably, some person can ask a question: "What is the point of paying, if even with an overpayment, debts are discovered?"
I don't even know how to answer such a question ...
Such is the reality now ...
