If to take into account that I have twice applied to the Government of the Russian Federation, and that my appeals have nothing to do with the competence of the Rosreestr (I raised questions (a) about protecting the tax interests of the state, (b) about paying compensation to me, from (by) Russian Federation, (c) about ensuring public safety), then (thus) several considerations (reviews, contemplations) in the Central Office of the Rosreestr my statement (or of my two statements ?) - No. ОГ -16887/24 and No. ОГ -17069/24 - creates the most promising prospects for the protection and restoration by the state (the Russian Federation) of violated legitimate interests of a citizen (as well as the violated constitutional right of ownership).
