Zalessky V.V. twice sent [by the Post of Russia] a copy of the transaction receipt dated November 3, 2025 in the amount of 165,340 rubles to the Rostov regional branch of SFR; Sberbank, add. office [office number is named] (additional insurance contribution for a funded pension):
1) On November 25, 2025 (РПО (track number) 34410312233275);
2) On December 05, 2025 (РПО (track number) 34410312251699).
In the letter from the Rostov regional branch of SFR dated November 24, 2025, number-61-01/ 47955л, which was sent to Zalessky V.V., says: "... You have paid additional insurance contributions for a funded pension in the amount of 342,000 rubles. (...) In accordance with ... the legislation, you have the right for a funded pension to be established."
Considering the above
I ask:
Please, inform whether the amount of the additional insurance contribution of 165340 rubles is taken into consideration when deciding on establishing for V.V. Zalessky a funded pension. (342000 + 165340 = 507340).
