Friends felt a confusion. Why is Senya silently walking around the yard with a gloomy look?
Senya sometimes approached friends and asked clarifying questions. Do the neighbors in the yard really talk about the kids looking at the inner space of the café-pastry shop from the street through the window? Do neighbors often talk about this? How many kids come up to the café-pastry shop and how much time do they spend there? Are these observations often made? What dishes can be viewed through the window? What do the kids themselves tell about these observations?
Finally, after a long walk and after gloomy silent reflections, Senya gathered friends and explained what idea he was putting forward.
Now a contract will be signed with the kids. With each - individually. If the kids want to get gingerbread (one gingerbread for each), then they need to sign a contract.
In accordance with the contract, the kids will study well, will behave well, and after that they will receive gingerbread. Senya suggested a name for the project: "A Kind Contract" (KD).
Friends received a task from Senya - to bring the idea to life.

Senya (using the money collected from the stalls) allocated funds for the development of artificial intelligence for KD (this was the largest line in the list of costs), for the organization of a contract center (as a separate institution), for the purchase of furniture, computer equipment, software, paper, stationery etc.
The friends were delighted with Senya's wisdom! A wise civilized replacement has been found to sensless neighbors' conversations about children near the windows of a cafe-confectionery and senseless observations of kids over the eating all sorts of tasty things, - it's a contract and a gingerbread!
The friends decided to convene a separate meeting (conference) on the topic of how many digits after the decimal point (Places of Decimals) in the number "pi" (Archimedes' constant) each of the kids should know so that the contract can be recognized as fulfilled, and so that there was a reason to discuss receiving the gingerbread by each of the kids.
Knowing "pi" is not the only condition for getting a gingerbread. But any major projects are carried out as they are studied. A separate meeting - when will events come to this - will be devoted to discussing the issue: if it comes to handing gingerbreads, then to buy a pack of gingerbread in a cardboard box or a bunch of gingerbread in a transparent plastic bag? (Of course, not everyone will receive a gingerbread, but only the one who proves to Senya that he is the best).
