What to write in responce?
Is it useful to explain something? To clarify something? To prove something?
To ask how much the author has to pay?
To try find out how much "financial support" the magazine receives from state and from the near-state sources? What will the placement of my work in this magazine give me apart from the additional costs?
Still, a polite person sent me this E-mail. Consequently, I should, as far as possible, look like a polite person in my reply letter.
