What should I wear?
Yesterday was a hot summer day, so today there is not enough determination to wear something suitable for a cold spring.
Wool socks for sneakers - this does not apply to warm clothes. It's just convenient for sports purposes - in any weather.
A demi-season, insulated (warmed), sweatpants.
A T-shirt, two jumpers (both almost summer ones), one of them with a hood.
A summer baseball cap.
The ears are plugged with a cotton wool; such a means is useful both in the wind and when bathing.
And there is a breeze outside, and the breeze is very sensitive.
There is not a single cloud in the sky. The Sun has already come out, and there is hope for a warm, hot day.
The morning air is fresh. Sometimes the wind increases from 3-4 meters per second to 10 meters. When I was interested in a rafting along the Don in an inflatable boat, the wind speed was an important circumstance, so out of habit I'm trying to determine the wind speed.
The wind sometimes pushes passersby with a noticeable strength. With strong gusts of wind, cold air touches and flows around the body, despite the T-shirt and two jumpers.
A man - a person out of the yesterday - hurries towards the ATM. He is without headgear, in beach shorts, a light T-shirt (with short sleeves) and rubber slippers on bare feet.

On the side of the road there are two zealots of cleanliness in reflective vests and with the appropriate tools. Both are in summer clothes. They are trying to adjust to the changing weather. One of them is wearing a summer cap, the other is in summer clothes with an obviously too light hood. However, he is trying to keep warm under this hood. He's moving his shoulders up and down. Apparently, this is a sign of respect for the literature of Pushkin and Lermontov.
In some places, a local lovers of an extra-small trade efforts can be seen. They are showing themselves and looking at others: they are trying to sell on the street all sorts of little things that have almost no value, things that it's a pity to just throw away.
They are dressed differently. Some of them - persons out of the yesterday. Others are dressed enough seriously.
Most of all, I like a man of serious age in a winter-autumn jacket, buttoned up to his chin, with a hood thrown over his head. Under the hood is a knitted sports hat.
I couldn't make up my mind to do that. The habit of not standing out too much makes itself felt. No one else, except this man, was dressed like he.
The thermometer-keychain shows 15.5 degrees, and after half an hour - 14 degrees.
A shaggy Pomeranian feels great, scratching the ground with its paws and cheerfully looking around with its shining eyes.
And a polite corgi, with thick long red hair and cute ears, pulls on a leash, trying to get acquainted with me. With this wind and at this temperature, he feels great.
A microscopic smooth-haired dachshund catches up with its owner by jumps. A running warms her up.
At such a temperature and with such a wind, with such clothes, even a short diving into the water of a natural reservoir is an obvious adventurism. I can easily get a cold.
But the Sun suggests me to immerse myself in the water.
Well, I'll take a risk.
The water is neither colder nor warmer than usual.
I need to dry off myself quickly, to put on dry clothes.
The sky is clear, without a single cloud, very beautiful, blue.
Pigeons and swallows are flying merrily.
The Sun is bright, powerful, and cheerful.
