Nevertheless, national wealth or it presented in numbers every year in state statistics, or it can be calculated.
However, not only the indicators of national wealth and their dynamics are interesting.
If you draw up a fraction in which the number of national wealth will stand in the numerator, and in the denominator the number of citizens, then in this case the result of the division will be the amount characterizing the share of national wealth per citizen (per resident of the country).
How do migration processes affect this indicator?
Obviously, with an increase in the denominator, the result of the division will decrease - that is, each citizen will have a smaller amount of benefits (the smaller share of national wealth).
Here there is another aspect. The most important part of the national wealth is a real wealth. In addition, there are elements that are not fixed in a real form, but nonetheless - are considered as wealth of the nation, for example, the level of usefull skills of the cash population, production experience, etc.

Does not appear (arise) an additional factor for reducing national wealth in the conditions of destroying the technical intelligentsia and increase the mass of low-qualified people?
Perhaps the problems of pension payments, low birth rate, poverty issues and many other economic problems are connected with the decline in absolute and relative indicators of national wealth?
For the first time, national wealth was calculated by the English economist William Petty in 1664. In 1652 William Petty, the instructions of the Cromwell's government held a Land Review of Ireland.
Maybe for an independent, objective assessment to invite specialists from friendly states (always ready to get support from Russia) to assess the national wealth of Russia? As a result, the indicators that deserve attention will be obtained?
