- 'Your suggestions were not very effective. The religious and ethnic forum was held without pomp and glitter. Ministers arrived - a little number. Mostly deputies and ambassadors. And I with them was photographed!! They to me would have to create reputation - with the appropriate attitude, with a level, with a large number. And actually I created them a reputation...'
Vanya sadly nodded his head in agreement.

Vanya thought that in vain he accepted the generous offer of the great diplomat - free to drive some distance by car.

The diplomat has completed the telephone conversation and explained to Vanya:
