BRATISLAVA, on March 31. / TASS/. The lawyer from the city of Pezinok (the Western Slovakia) 45-year-old Susanne Tschaputowa following the results of the second round of presidential elections which took place on Saturday is elected the head of state.

The name of Tschaputowa became known in connection with the case carried by her against creation of an extensive garbage dump on Pezink's outskirts. She climbed with this case up to the Supreme Court of Slovakia and the Court of the European Union.
