He was from Stavropol krai, from an agricultural area. One of my acquaintances, who grew up in the South of Russia in an agricultural area, spoke about his childhood. They had a kitchen garden in a gully (in a ravine), where at the bottom of the gully the water came close to the surface. A warm, a lots of sun, lots of moisture. The kitchen garden didn't need to be watered. They could play a lot in childhood, spend time in nature, and in the kitchen garden there were always - without any effort - a lot of cucumbers and other vegetables. Such a pleasant life, a pleasant childhood, which left a mark on the personality of my acquaintance ...
