The general opinion about Mr. Trutnev is twofold.
First, the question: "Why is he needed at all?" This question speaks for itself.
Second, an unclear picture emerges from the political fog - a something like a Far Eastern oprichnina [опричнина] with a Chinese flavor.
Far Eastern oprichnina - its usefulness is also questionable.
The result is a portrait of a political (state) figure with ambiguous prospects ...
We cannot add anything else to the portrait of Mr. Trutnev at the moment ...
