The combination hierarchy is non-standard:
1) High card.
2) Super card - containing a card of the screw suit.
3) Extra card - containing a card of the bolt suit.
4) Pair. Two cards of the same rank.
5) Super Pair. Two cards of the same rank, with at least one card of the screw suit.
6) Extra Pair. Two cards of the same rank, with at least one card of the bolt suit.
7) Two Pair. Two cards of the same rank, two cards of a different rank.
8) Super Two Pair. Two cards of the same rank, two cards of a different rank, with at least one card of the screw suit.
9) Extra Two Pair. Two cards of the same rank, two cards of a different rank, at least one of which is the Bolt suit.
10) Super Extra: Two Pairs. Two cards of the same rank, two cards of a different rank, at least one of which is the Screw suit and the other is the Bolt suit.
11) Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank.
12) Super Three of a Kind: Three cards of the same rank, at least one of which is the Screw suit.
