Hitting on an idea takes place in time and depends on time and experience. Ideas hit unexpectedly and may be subjected to probability Laws. Birth of an idea, its form and quality depend of our thinking about the future, our interest and sympathies. And idea is materialization of our thinking. Ideas are products of our thoughts and are reflexive:
I'll tell about one case. I had to meet with patent experts at Experts' Soviet after a successful examination of my new invention "Balanced hinge-lever mechanism"
after an unsuccessful attempt to get an Author's certificate on it. The experts had a sombre mood due my working mechanism. Then they explained I had a mistake because the theoretical explanation was not for that application. The Method of Sum of Moments of the kinematics field for calculation of my mechanism really did not work. I thought the dynamic method described nature more fully than the kinematics method, so made a new effort using the Conversation of Energy Law. It was a simple method but it also did not change the expert's decision.
I like the method because it let me have a new look at the mechanics' formulas and work of mechanisms, which are calculated by traditional kinematics' methods. Inventors know one lucky "inventive key" leads to solving many problems. I took the Coriolis' Formula and got fantastic results:
Peculiarities of work of cyclone filters and some ways of their perfection became understandable. That formula will help us open yet more answers on natural secrets. And I forgot about the experts.
2. The Problem
Inventive Creation (IC) is an extremely difficult, risky and easily vulnerable process. ICencompasses a number of problems in society, education and science:
Successful invention causes ruin in many in many people's opinion. Scientific employees sometimes solve problems by laborious scientific methods. The problems overthrow special mathematic methods, information data and items of finances. The best of the scientists dedicate their lives to that work. The fruit of many years of intense work are promotion in one's post, new scientific degrees, etc. But one successful inventor in 5 minutes finds the principle for a new, simpler and cheaper way of the problem solving. Within 5 minutes all those intense, complex, methods become worthless. Then the scientific employees consolidate in their struggle with the inventor - enemy. The inventor should renounce his successful invention and repent and desist from that struggle or leave his place of work.
3. The Solution
IC there is no prescriptions in but some advice may help young inventors:
--
should present a part of your inventions through a patent, where it is possible, or through the free press or Internet;
--
should not present your best inventions until favourable conditions arise;
--
should move on your life way much faster than the envy of people;
--
should change your work and living places and maybe your citizenship;
--
should not visit places where you will not be appreciated;
--
should not dedicate your life to confrontations;
--
should not live where you are not wanted.
IC is not in the field of knowledge; it is in the fields of love and good connections, in the fields of the inaccessible. Inventions belong to an inventor, but the key to successful inventive solutions is in society. Experience of successful invention, undoubtedly, is interesting and there is need for its reasons to be studied. The society (where successes are realized) is worthy of many studies.
When I was a young man I made my first invention in my work place. I received thanks from the administration, money rewards and respect of my colleagues. After my 2-end invention there was silence. After my 10-th invention I was dismissed from my work. I was surprised, upset and indignant and applied for a Judgment. In that year I was restored to my work place by the Judgment decision. But in 2 weeks I was dismissed again. I was amazed by it. I thought, "Why is this happening to me? It has no end. I looked like a destroyer:
--
The chief of the laboratory had a heart infarction and the director had a stroke;
--
My colleagues were afraid to lose their work place;
--
I can `ring the neck' of any scientific theme;
--
I can destroy the planned work of the institution.
And I said `No'. I made some rules that you see above. Now I am not young man and I am inoffensive long ago. Now I am not `dangerous' for budget of one institute, but I am `dangerous' for budget of the country.
I am not an enemy of people and therefore I am always going far away places. There are only three ways for an inventor in depressed society:
--
To renounce from himself success then to repent to the society and to cease to be the inventor,
--
To perish properly in unequal `battle' with the society,
--
To turn to Creator and to follow to His Intention.
