Yes, to a certain degree Stephen Harper has indeed "promised" us terrorist acts in Canada, which are not far away.
Harper himself is just a marionette, echoing Jewish ideologists like a parrot. Just bething, how he, and the main Zionist of his party, Stockwell Day, were repeating literatim, by mechanically-memorized phrases, Jewish extremists' calls for the war on Iraq. Nor Day, nor Harper did not compose a single phrase or a single word themselves. This or another argument, one or another plea "for" war on Iraq used to appear in their lexicon not before main Jewish ideologists have spoke them out, or main Jewish newspapers have brought them to their pages.

They led a very well coordinated psychological attack, agitating us by voices, trembling from fear of USA government's possible refusal to attack Iraq, "for" the presence of the arms of mass destruction in Saddam Hussein's hands. The fact that Iraq does not have and never had the AMD was their lesser worry. Their main goal was to push America into the war, and after - it is of no importance.
Today the main Canadian ideologist-Zionist Jil Troy, an obsessed Jewish conquistador, is preaching Islamic terrorism in term of its existence and threat, "promising" us within days to demonstrate terrorist acts in Canada. I listened to his speech, transmitted by Quebec's 17-th antenna channel. With full reassurance and aplomb, Troy talked about practical (not theoretical!) threat of terrorism to Canada, as if he was the one, who has created terrorist units and who was instructing the terrorists. The preach of a threat of Muslim terrorism in Harper's, Day's, Troy's, and thousands of other Canadian Zionists' and their cadgers' mouths sounded during last weeks as an intimidation for all of us, Canadians and non-Canadians. Intonationally it has to be interpreted in the next way: if you will not believe in Muslim threat to Canada voluntarily, and will not accept our dictatorship voluntarily, we will teach you a lesson, i.e. will start bombing you by this very Muslim terrorism.
On this stage, it became inevitably to show "pig in a poke", or the whole credibility of Day, Harper and Troy's words would disappear instantly. It is as if a famous illusionist would read a lecture about his achievements and regalia, and would refuse to demonstrate a single smallest trick. Illusionist brings the audience to impatience, forcing it to shout "trick!", "trick!", "trick!", and, if after all he will not show "the trick", he will be damned and sent away from the podium. Harper and Troy have taken the public to this point, and, if they would refuse to show us a "focus-pocus", would loose any credibility.
An ideal government's plot to show the nation something false is when no one seen nothing, and will not be able to testify. In other words, a real terrorist act with material damage and victims could invoke more beffogecy (as in London), then to convince us in "all-penetratability" of Islamic terrorism. Eyewitnesses' testimonies and even rumors will bring the romp with entourage to nothing. Then, Harper did not have enough resources for such a high-budget show as in New-York, where, directed from earth through installed on them in hangars remote control devices, airplanes impressively targeted famous skyscrapers.
Let's imagine ourselves as intelligence, RCMP, or police officers, who were given an order to prepare a "terrorist" show. We find 2 outlaws of Arab or Iranian origin, narcodealers, rapists or killers, who will face a life imprisonment anyway, and recruit them, pressing them to cooperate and sending them as undercovered into a circle of radically-minded Muslims. After couple of weeks the police itself will sell them selitra and detonator, or will plant them near usual radicals' gatherings. An excellent, perfect plot. No witnesses. No traces of governmental participation. 2 witnesses in courtroom, who will admit their guilt and ("by the way") guilt of others, giving affidavits and describing all necessary details. Material proof: selitra, detonator. Nationality: Arabs, Iranians, or other non-Europeans, in one word: Muslims. And (based on that) solidarity with Israel, which automatically becomes an allay of Canada.
Let's go into all the details: IT COULD NOT HAPPEN IN AN OTHER WAY.
And the place for this operation was chosen ideally: Canada, a country, where (starting from certain time) justice is a meaningless sound. Immigration tribunals, Ministry of Justice, Federal and Supreme courts are long enough in Jewish Zionists' hands. In our materials, we spoke enough about this matter.
How can you possibly prove your or someone's innocence, if you were refused an answer, of what exactly and on what ground you were accused? Our experience tells us: sabotage of a full access to the file (dossier) means that by that moment the evidence was not yet fabricated. It's even easier for the authorities, when they surround you by secrecy. On a pretext of secrecy, materials of a criminal case are hidden behind walls of the governmental institutions, which is not leaving you even a smallest possibility to defend yourself. Meantime, while lawyers are fighting to have an access to the dossier, the authorities will fabricate self-made evidence without any haste, polishing and modifying their version of events, destroying any materials, which could serve as a proof of innocence, and sometimes (we have a rich historical experience) killing witnesses...
All this instantly entered my and my friends' minds, as soon as we learned from news about allegedly discovered and "prevented" terrorist acts in (from) Toronto. Audience, boiled by Harper, is shouting out: "trick!", "focus-pocus!" ("acts!", "acts!", "acts!"), and the government responds: "here is a focus-pocus", "you have your "promised" terrorist plot". There is no doubt that the accused are innocent, in exception for the government's undercover agents.
The authorities just don't have to proof anything. At least, not now. On the present stage, they need merely to waste time. Because a "curfew", "capital punishment for one step aside", and Harper's dictatorship powers the government is intended to implement right now, without waiting for the conclusive sentence to "terrorists". Then, with newborn Hitler-type dictatorship's help, will be easier and simpler to prove anybody's "guilt".
Today it's going to happen not just an approval of 2-3 new reactionary, antidemocratic and anti-constitutional laws (in addition to already approved), and not just another attempt to enforce Zionist censorship over Canadian media (there is no room to "enforce"), but an establishment of a military-police dictatorship and personal dictatorship of Harper. The later openly announced his plans to carry out anti-constitutional and antidemocratic reforms, related to elections' reglament and rules, status of Prime-Minister (his - Harper's - own status), and Parliament, and also demonstrated in action and by persistence his commitment to carry out his reforms in spite of anything, and without taking into consideration democratic order, Constitution, Parliament, opposition, or nation's will and majority rule. Harper is preparing a blow against opposition, democratic institutions and Parliament, planning usurping emergency powers.
THIS IS A KEY TO THE MYSTERY.
"Terrorists" in Toronto allegedly planned a strike on Harper himself (assassination), Parliament, and constitutional institutions. Before everything, Harper desperately needed an (of course, unsuccessful) attempt on himself, for basing and justifying more power and non-accountability for himself. As we can see, the "terrorists" were acting in complete accordance with Harper's plans.
We don't have to add anything. A "would be" attempt on future dictator, framed-up by the future dictator himself is classical scheme-model, known in thousands of versions since very ancient times. For the victory of his fascist regime, seizure of Parliament and personal dictatorship the newborn Hitler needs a fake assassination scenario, and arson set on Reichstag.
